Please read this and post your agreement before you join a run. We just dont want to waste time with explaining it again and again and this should avoid lotting mistakes also. 
Special bonus: Everyone that showed up on the first run and join the 2., 3. and 4. run will be rewarded with 10k gil at the end of each of these 3 runs. This should motivate you also if the first runs may be cruel. At least you get a little reward. Please help us to make this work.
Reliability:We want to renounce a point system but reward reliability. Therefore a list will be made before we start a run and everybody has to tell me or koif when he/she will join again. I hope i dont have to point out that its necessary that everyone has to show up as often as he/she can (desirable is that all join any run, at least 1 run per week). Please join the runs also if you have to leave early.
If you are not able to show up although you promised to come please let us know early and tell us when you will be able to join again.
If you have to leave early let us know before we start when you have to leave.
You will not be allowed to lot relic gear on the next 2 runs you show up if you leave early or stay away without letting us know in time. (excluding you couldnt contact us before the run out of certain reasons)
Comments:Everyone has to set his/her comment during the gather together time. If we enter and you dont have a comment set you wont be allowed to lot anything. You can either comment 2 different relic gear items (eg 1. thf relic, 2. rdm relic) or synthesis materials.
Please just comment gear you are able to use or you soon will be able to use (jobs 65+). Keep in mind that everyone should be able to get what he/she needs.
Lotting:Relic weapons are free lot. Please dont lot any other relic item before we announce who may lot.
Everyone that join the runs as promised is allowed to lot the commented gear. If you win a lot (excluding free lots) please be kind and dont lot on gear at the next run you join. Keep in mind how frustrating it is to see someones winning all the lots and you dont get nothing
If you dont show up like promised you wont be able to lot on gear until you joined 2 runs you promised in a row (see above).
If there are people that leave early on any run we have to discuss about their lotting rights (eg we could let them lot only every 3rd run)
Synthesis materials can be lot at any time if you set it in your comment before we start. If you obtain a wootz ore please dont lot on it again until everyone else got one.
If you dont show up like promised you wont be able to lot on wootz ore until you joined one run you promised. (eg you didnt show up on monday but promise to come on friday you will be able to lot on wootz ore again on the next run)
Currency:All the currency will be gathered by koif and me.
Runs will be sponsored with 100 coins (If we dont get 100 coins on the first runs they will be sponsored with 1 coins until we got some 100 coins!)
The 1 coins will be shared fairly amongst the members which showed up constantly and have been reliable at the end of the month.
If the linkshell bank has enough money to sponsor the runs of one month + the first run of the next month the rest of the 100 coins will be available also. Everyone is allowed to get one per month in case there are not more than one per member. Distribution will happen per /random.
Bonus reward: Every 2 or 3 months there will be an all-free-lot-run for everyone that joined the runs constantly and like promised. You have to be member of the linkshell for at least 1 month to join this run. Everybody is able to lot on anything including currency. We can set some limits if members wish so.
